Arie Leibovitz
President and Chief Executive Officer

Arie Leibovitz has devoted his entire business life to the acquisition, development and management of real estate investment properties. After several years of learning the real estate business from the ground up, Mr. Leibovitz founded Ari-El Enterprises in 1979. Ari-El Enterprises was established to take advantage of Mr. Leibovitz's skills in maximizing real estate asset values. Today, the company is an agile enterprise that is poised to act quickly on profitable investment opportunities of any scope.

Mr. Leibovitz and his dedicated staff of professionals currently operate a diverse portfolio comprised of more than three million square feet of high-quality industrial, office, retail and residential properties.

While maintaining a long-term point of view, Arie Leibovitz's keen instincts and entrepreneurial spirit are carefully balanced with his knowledge of how to minimize risk for partners, investors and lenders.

Joanne M. Haddad
Assistant to the President

Joanne has worked for Ari-El Enterprises since 1990. Her busy schedule includes assisting the President with property acquisitions, due diligence research, sale of properties, refinance of current loans and she monitors the Property Management and Accounting Departments. She schedules appointments and coordinates travel plans for the President; receives, prepares, organizes and maintains all correspondence and documents between the President and Partners, Managers and Clients. To say the least, Joanne plays a central role in Ari-El's administrative operations.

Joanne is a veteran of years in the real estate industry. Before joining Ari-El, she held senior executive positions with a local real estate development firm. Joanne is a notary public.

In addition to enjoying the fast pace of her professional life, Joanne enjoys music, travel, gardening and spending time with family and friends.

Scott M. Leibovitz
Vice President

Scott Leibovitz is a third generation real estate entrepreneur. He joined Ari-El Enterprises full time in 1996. Before joining Ari-El, Scott held both part-time and full-time positions in retail and residential real estate sales.

Scott's duties consist of the management of the day-to-day issues of Ari-El Enterprises' diverse group of properties. He also plays an active role in lease negotiations, public relations, marketing, and lease renewals, due diligence research, contractor negotiations and construction services.

Scott enjoys traveling and has studied and lived all over the world including Israel, East Africa, Europe and Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Scott is pursuing his CPM designation, is a member and student of the IRE. In 1993, Scott received his real estate license. Scott is a notary public.

Patrick L. Kobylarz, CPA
Chief Financial Officer

Patrick Kobylarz maintains a dual role with Ari-El Enterprises. As Controller of the real estate development side of the firm, he oversees the company's portfolio including acquisitions, financing, investments, property taxes and operating budgets.

Within the area of property management, Mr. Kobylarz manages the accounting department, reviews operational procedures and establishes internal controls. He also oversees benefits, payroll and 401(k) plans. In addition, he is responsible for strategic planning and implementation of the company's information systems.

Before joining Ari-El Enterprises in 1988, Mr. Kobylarz held senior auditor positions with a Fortune 100 corporation and a "Big 8" accounting firm.

Mr. Kobylarz is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Information Systems Auditor and a Licensed Residential Builder and also has his real estate license.

Marilyn Meredith
Leasing Administrator

As the Leasing Administrator, Marilyn Meredith maintains the property availability inventory, handles space inquiries and prepares and/or reviews all Leases, Extensions and other Amendments for Ari-El Enterprises' group of properties. Marilyn prepares marketing materials, brochures and proposals.

Ms. Meredith redsigned the company website and maintains it with weekly updates. She also updates the on-line databases of Ari-El property availabilities on sites such as LoopNet, CPIX, PropertyLine and CoStar.

Marilyn obtained her real estate license in 1997 and has worked in the commercial real estate field since that time. She has a strong sales background having sold advertising, graphic design services and commercial printing.

Ms. Meredith is currently the President of Three Cities Art Club and enjoys doing portraits, landscapes and floral designs using pastels, watercolors and acrylics. Her work has been shown in numerous art exhibitions and hangs in private collections across the country.
