We are pleased to announce a convenient way of paying your rent.  You can now avoid the hassles of check writing or late fees, with our “auto debit” program.  Our program is administered by ADP (Automatic Data Processing), a world leader in payroll and data processing services.

Here is how it works.  Each month, on the first business day, a debit will be initiated from your bank account for your regular monthly rent change.  Your “auto debit” will be set up to handle only your regular monthly rent charges.  Any special billing for additional services, year-end billing, etc, will be invoiced separately and paid by a written check.  In the event there are insufficient funds in your account to process a monthly debit, you will be notified and a written check will be needed for that month.

Signing up is easy, too.  We have created the Application Form in several formats, simply select a file type below and the form will open for you to view.  Please print and complete the form, mail it along with a voided check or preprinted deposit slip to:
